Added cumulation of square faces. Added small rhombicuboctahedron. Chased down
what I thought was a bug in tab labelling but it would not break for me.
+ Tried to reproduce tab labelling bug. No success. It seems to be working fine.
+ Added cumulation of square faces. It's not working in an acceptably robust manner.
It is possible to specify a stellation percentage which is too low and will result
in a model which does not fit.
+ Added small rhombicuboctahedron. Stellate the square faces on it 200% and you'll
have the same design as a lamp I saw hanging in my brother's house...
